Design Core of Information System for Locksmiths

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem jádra informačního systému pro zámečnickou firmu. Nejprve je provedena analýza současného stavu podniku. Na základě výsledků analýzy je navrhnuto pomocí nástrojů datového modelování, funkčního modelování a UML nástrojů optimální řešení informačního systému a jsou posouzeny aspekty související s jeho realizací v podniku.This bachelor thesis is focused on design of the core information system for a locksmith company. At the beginning there is analysis of the current situation in the company. Based on the results of analysis is suggested optimal solution of information system, using the tools of data modeling, functional modeling and UML tools. At the end there are evaluated aspects of information system implementation in the company.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem informačního systému pro malý podnik. Zaměřuje se na vysvětlení toho, co to informační systémy jsou, jaké existují jejich druhy, čím se zabývají nebo jak se navrhují. V praktické části je v rámci této práce jeden informační systém navržen.This bachelor thesis focuses on design of information system for a small business company. Design of IS Module for the Agricultural Cooperative in Vrable

Práca je zameraná na návrh a implementáciu modulu informačného systému pre Poľnohospodárske družstvo vo Vrábľoch, ktoré pôsobí v oblasti rastlinnej a živočíšnej výroby. V prvej časti sú uvedené teoretické východiská, ktoré pojednávajú o riešenej problematike. Ďalej je analyzovaná aktuálna situácia podniku, nasledovaná kľúčovou časťou práce, samotným návrhom modulu informačného systému a rozanalyzovaním jeho konkrétnej implementácie, doplnené o ukážky užívateľského rozhrania.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of module of information system for Agricultural Cooperative in Vrable, which operates in area of crop and livestock production. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical facts about main subject. In the next part current state of company is analyzed The key part of this thesis is design of particular module of information system and its implementation and design of user interface.

Analysis and Design of Company Management System

S příchodem informačních technologií se začínaly objevovat nové typy webových aplikací a systémů, které byly vytvořené na standardních technologiích, a proto jsou dostupné na většině uživatelských počítačů. Bez těchto systémů si v dnešní době nedokážeme podniky a svět ani představit. Mezi podniky, uživateli a vývojáři si získali velkou oblibu a jsou vyvíjeny jak pro internetové aplikace, tak i pro firemní intranetové aplikace. Vzhledem k příchodu objektově orientovaného návrhu a návrhových vzorů je důležité si tyto moderní vývojové nástroje otestovat na vývoji informačního systému a analyzovat dnešní situaci na trhu s informačními systémy pro malé podniky. Právě touto problematikou se zabývá tato práce. Vyvíjím informační systém pro správu podniku, který slouží k lepší přehlednosti, správě firem, snížení nákladů a zvýšení zisku.With arrival of the information technology new types of easily accessible web applications and systems developed on standard technologies have begun to emerge. Nowadays we cannot even imagine the companies and the world without these systems. They have garnished massive popularity among companies, users and developers while being created for the internet applications as well as corporate intranet applications. Considering an emergence of object oriented design and design patterns it is important to test these modern tools on development of an information system and to analyze situation on the market with small company information systems. This thesis acts just this problem. I develop company management system, which serves for better management of firms, cost reduction and gain enhancement.

Tato práce na téma „Návrh části informačního systému“ navrhuje řešení pro podporu firemního znalostního managementu s pokročilou evidencí dokumentů pro udržení informovanosti zaměstnanců a zákazníků společnosti. Analyzuje stávající informační systém společnosti a samotný znalostní management jako jeho součást. Práce definuje firemní procesy týkající se znalostí a informací, tak samotnou část informačního systému pro jejich podporu.This thesis on "Design of an information system" suggests solutions for company knowledge management support with advance documents registration for better inform employees and customers. Táto práca popisuje tvorbu informačného systému pre novovzniknutý bar. Súčasťou práce je analýza podniku a jeho procesov a výsledný návrh systému. Jednotlivé procesy sú podrobne zakreslené vrátane zodpovedností. V práci je zapísaný vývoj od identifikácie firemnej aktivity, cez jej začlenenie do kontextu až po umiestnenie vo výslednom systéme. Návrhová časť pozostáva z modulového rozdelenia systému, popisu databázovej schémy daných modulov a diagramov navrhnutých transakcií. Prioritne sa pokrývajú aktivity s najčastejším výskytom a najväčším vplyvom na fungovanie firmy. Systém sa nevníma ako samoúčelný program, ale berie sa v kontexte firmy, ktorá sa stále vyvíja.This thesis deals with creation of information system for freshly opened bar. It contains business analysis, process analysis and final design of IS. Business processes are described in further detail including responsibilities. Development is recorded since identification of a business activity, its classification till its placement in final system. Design part consists of division of system into modules, description of database schema for each module and design of purposed transactions. There is focus on covering most frequent and useful activities. Information system is not considered as a standalone application, but as a vital part of the company which is still growing.

Design and development of software application for service providers

Cílem práce je analýza podniku. Identifikace problémových procesů a následná tvorba návrhu informačního systému, který by objevené problémy eliminoval. Na základě tohoto návrhu pak implementace dílčích části systému pro ukázku jeho funkcionality. Systém bude sloužit pro správu objednávek a pracovníků malé firmy poskytující služby.The goal of this work is the analysis of a company. Identification of problematic processes and creating design model of information system for eliminating those problems. Then implementing fractional parts for example of his functionality based on this design model. The system will serve for managing contracts and workers of small service providers

The Business Case Agenda Implementation Design for CRM System in the Company XY

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh implementace zvolené části CRM systému, který vychází z komplexní analýzy procesů a funkčních požadavků firmy XY. Vzhledem k rozsáhlosti celého systému, se bude tato práce zabývat pouze jednou funkční oblastí, a to konkrétně – Obchodním případem. Jedná se o agendu zastřešující obchodní proces. Celý tento systém je navrhován pro implementaci v Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.This thesis focuses on the Business Case agenda implementation design for CRM system based on a comprehensive analysis of processes and functional requirements of the company XY. Regarding the scale of the whole system, this work deals with one functional areas only, namely - the Business Case. This is an agenda overarching business process. The entire system is designed for implementation in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.
